WHEN THE CONSUMER ATTEMPTED TO EXIT THE VEHICLE THE FRONT SEAT BELT BUCKLE FAILED TO RELEASE. THE CONSUMER WAS FORCED TO CUT THE SEAT BELT IN ORDER TO EXIT THE TRUCK. *JB *CB *NLM
WHEN THE CONSUMER STOPPED THE VEHICLE, THE DRIVER SIDE SEAT BELT CAME APART. *JB
FRONT PASSENGER SEAT BELT BUCKLE RELEASE BUTTON FAILED TO OPERATE, WILL NOT DISCONNECT THE LATCH. CHILD HAD TO TWIST OUT OF THE SEAT BELT TO GET FREE. MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED, AND UNWILLING TO ASSIST. STATED THAT VEHICLE WAS OUT OF ITS WARRANTY, AND NOT COVER UNDER A RECALL. PROVIDE ANY FURTHER DETAILS.*AK
HAD CHILD IN REAR MIDDLE/REAR FACING WHEN BRAKES WERE APPLIED, AND PLASTIC LAP BUCKLE BROKE AND RELEASED LAP BELT. CHILD SEAT NOT RESTRAINED. CAME FORWARD WITH CHILD IN IT AND HIT DASHBOARD. HAD CONTACTED DEALERSHIP, INFORMED CONSUMER THAT SEAT BELTS ONLY WARRANTY UP TO 3,000 MILES. *AK
WHILE DRIVING IN TOWN, TRAVELING 15MPH WAS HIT ATAN INTERSECTION BROADSIDE WHICH CAUSED CONSUMER'S VEHICLE TO RUN INTO A LIGHT POLE HEAD-ON. UPON IMPACT, DRIVER'S SIDE AIRBAG DIDN'T DEPLOY, NOR DID SEAT BELT LOCK IN PLACE.*AK
SEAT BELTS FAILED TO RETRACT FULLY. *AK
SEAT BELTS DO NOT WORK. CONSUMER IS AFRAID IF IN AN ACCIDENT THEY WILL NOT HOLD HIM. RETRACT MECHANISM FOR SEAT BELTS NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO RETRACT THE SEAT BELT WHEN REMOVED. * AK *ML
