2018 Dodge Journey Suspension Problems

Owner-reported complaints naming the suspension system, filed with NHTSA

Data refreshed

Suspension reportsComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

I am going through rear tires every couple months. We have taken by car to get looked at and they said everything looks good. However I can put new tires on and then 2 or 3 months later they are bald with the wiring coming out of them.

I GOT MY 2018 DODGE JOURNEY CROSSROAD NEW WITH ONLY 36 MILES ON IT FROM THE DEALERSHIP. I'VE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH MY FRONT PASSENGER SIDE CAMBER BEING OUT OF LINE. I HAD TO HAVE MY STRUTS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY. CAMBER NOT ADJUSTABLE, DEALER UNDER WARRANTY MADE WHOLE BIGGER FOR ADJUSTMENT. MY 2018 DODGE JOURNEY CROSSROAD NOW ONLY HAS 64,000 MILES AND MY FRONT PASSENGER SIDE TOP CAMBER BOLT BROKE AND MY WHEEL FELL OUTWARD. THANK GOD I WAS JUST PULLING OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY MAKING A RIGHT HAND TURN WHEN IT HAPPENED.
