2022 East To West Tandara Owner Complaints

Reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers, shown in full

Data refreshed

Complaints on fileComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

St235/80r16 On return trip from a week end of camping the front tire on drivers side and rear tire on passenger side blew out. This trip on the passenger side the front tire blew out. The first blow out caused damage to the rear portion of my Rv. These tires will cause an accident on a major highway and possibly a death.

Tires & wheels

We have a 2022 Tandara East to West Fifth Wheel we bought in January 2022. On vacation in Arizona we had a blow out on the fifth wheel the Castle Rock tires. This camper is only 15 months old and we took it out maybe 5 times last year camping around our home. The driver front tire blew out did significant damage to the camper around the wheels. We changed the tire with our spare and an hour later the passenger front tire blew out and it did significant damage to the camper around the wheels. These tires were less than 2 years old with a small amount of miles. We replaced all four tires and a third tire would have blew at some point per the technician at the tire shop.
