The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.

The Federal Placard label may have the incorrect axle capacity listed, causing the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) and Cargo Carrying Capacity (CCC) to have been miscalculated. As such these vehicles fail to comply with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."

The fuel line extension connectors may have inconsistent crimps, allowing the fuel line to detach.

The air conditioner soft start device may fail and overheat.
