The defect: Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2025 Entegra Coach Launch, 2022 Launch LE, 2021-2025 Jayco Terrain, and 2022 Terrain LE recreational vehicles. The grey water tank support brackets may contact and damage the fuel tank, causing a leak.
The risk: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
The remedy: Dealers will replace the support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 7, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903619.

The defect: Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Jayco Solstice LI, Swift, Terrain, Terrain LE, Entegra Coach Ethos LI, Expanse LI, Launch LE motorhomes. The battery relay contactors may become stuck in the closed position.
The risk: Relays that are stuck in the closed position increase the risk of a fire during battery charging.
The remedy: Dealers will update the battery software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 17, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903603.

The defect: Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Entegra Launch, Qwest, Jayco Melbourne, and Melbourne Prestige motorhomes. The heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) blower motor circuit may be inadequate, which can allow the wiring harness to overheat.
The risk: A wiring harness that overheats increases the risk of a fire.
The remedy: Owners are advised to only operate the HVAC front blower in manual (not automatic) mode whenever the engine is on. Do not use the maximum blower or lowest/highest temperature settings until the remedy is performed. Dealers will relocate and replace the fuse and wiring harness, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 18, 2023. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.
