The contact owns a 2023 Entegra Vision XL. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, he heard an abnormal rhythmic bang emanating from the rear of the RV. No warning lights were illuminated. The RV was taken to the dealer, who diagnosed a failure with the parking brake, finding that the parking brake was dragging and required adjustment. The RV was repaired, but the failure reoccurred. The RV was taken to the dealer, who then replaced the parking brake assembly and diagnosed an additional failure with the pinion shaft seal. The RV was repaired, but the failure reoccurred. The RV was not repaired. After investigating the failure, the contact related the failure to SSM: 51050. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, and a case was opened. The failure mileage was 2,500.

The contact owns a 2023 Entegra Vision XL. The contact stated that once he arrived back home from an RV trip he noticed that the 10 gallon water heater had broke off its mount. The contact also mentioned he called the dealer and they advised him the sooner appointment they had available would not have been until June 2024. The contact ordered the parts and and fixed the RV himself. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 52,009.
