2018 Fccc Xbr Owner Complaints

Reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers, shown in full

Data refreshed

Complaints on fileComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

I RECEIVED A INTERIM RECALL NOTICE IN SEPTEMBER 2020 #20V-404 AND HAVE GOTTEN NOWHERE WITH THIS CRITICAL SAFETY ISSUE. I WAS TOLD THE CAMPAIGN HAD BEEN SUSPENDED. THE RIGHT REAR TAIL LIGHTS AND BLINKER DO NOT WORK DUE TO A DAMAGED (PDM) POWER DISTRIBUTION MODULE. HOW DOES THIS HUGE SAFETY ISSUE CONTINUE WITH NO SUPPORT AFTER 5 MONTHS? CAN YOU PLEASE TELL WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS RECALL. I ALSO HAD TO HAVE RECALL #20V-529 REPAIRED AT MY LOCAL TIRE STORE AS THE VALVE STEM WAS NEARLY CUT OFF AND HAVE YET TO BE REIMBURSED BY DAIMLER TRUCKS NORTH AMERICA LLC.
