The defect: REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Fleetwood Bounder, Flair, Fortis, Holiday Rambler Admiral, Invicta, Vacationer, 2023-2025 Fleetwood Flex, Holiday Rambler Eclipse, and 2022-2023 Fleetwood Southwind motorhomes. The engine exhaust tip may detach, allowing exhaust fumes to enter the cabin.
The risk: Exhaust fumes inside the cabin increases the risk of injury or death from carbon monoxide poisoning. In addition, a detached exhaust tip can become a road hazard for other road users, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will install a clamp to the exhaust tip, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 26, 2025. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 250221REV.

The defect: REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2019-2025 Holiday Rambler Admiral, 2018 Holiday Rambler Admiral XE, Fleetwood Storm, 2023-2025 Holiday Rambler Eclipse, Fleetwood Flex, 2018-2025 Fleetwood Flair, 2020-2024 Fleetwood Fortis, 2020-2025 Holiday Rambler Invicta, 2018-2023 Fleetwood Pace Arrow, and 2018-2019 Holiday Rambler Vacationer XE motorhomes, equipped with the HappiJac drop down bed option. The front overhead cabinet fasteners can break, allowing the overhead cabinet to detach.
The risk: A cabinet that detaches while the vehicle is in motion can distract the driver, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will inspect and install new hardware and fasteners as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 7, 2024. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 240809REV.

The defect: REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Holiday Rambler Vacationer, Invicta, Navigator, Admiral, Fleetwood Southwind, Bounder, Pace Arrow, 2021-2022 Fleetwood Fortis, Flair, 2023 Fleetwood Flex and Holiday Rambler Eclipse motorhomes. The service valves on the LPG tanks may have improper thread depth, which can cause a propane leak.
The risk: A propane leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
The remedy: Dealers will inspect and if necessary replace the service valves, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 20, 2023. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417.

Crash reported

The Tow Hitch, on the rear of the motorhome, broke off while towing my car. This caused my car to be released from the motorhome at 65 mph on southbound I-75 in KY. The car careened into the center median barrier. Luckily, the car did not impact anyone or anything else while it was out of control. The manufacturer, REV/Fleetwood has issued a Recall Notice for a broken Tow Hitch, for a similar motorhome, using the same hitch supplier, mounted to a similar chassis, during the same time frame. Pictures have been sent to REV/Fleetwood, a Scott County Kentucky Sheriff, a Progressive Insurance adjuster and Lexington Hitch and Trailer have inspected the Tow Hitch. I had no indication of the failure, other than another motorist, who flagged me down immediately after the separation. Please note: The REV/Fleetwood action is # Recall Bulletin 230516REV. STEERING; SUSPENSION

According to the notice from Ford 22S62: DEALER NEW VEHICLE DEMONSTRATION / DELIVERY HOLD Advance Notice - In some of the affected vehicles, the rear stabilizer bar attachment bracket(s) weld-nuts may not be capable of supporting the required joint torque for this application and may have been damaged during the assembly process. During vehicle usage, the weld nuts attaching the rear stabilizer bracket may loosen, and the attachment bracket may break and/or the attachment bolts and the bracket may separate from the vehicle. It is possible that this may result in a road debris hazard.
