The contact owns a 2015 Ford F-53. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the contact stated the windshield wipers on both sides of the vehicle were not functioning properly. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact stated that the windshield wipers had completely stopped working. The vehicle was taken to the dealer but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 23,000.
I BOUGHT THIS RV, 6 MONTHS AGO AND HAVE PUT APPROXIMATELY 4,000 MILES ON IT. THE PASSENGER SIDE WIPER ARM FELL BELOW THE WINDOW AND CAUSED THE DRIVER SIDE NOT TO FUNCTION. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER AND WAS TOLD THE RECALL HAD ALREADY BEEN PERFORMED. I THEN CONTACTED THOR WHO INFORMED ME MY RV WAS OUT OF WARRANTY. IT WOULD APPEAR FROM THE PHOTOS ATTACHED THAT THE RECALL WAS NOT PERFORMED PROPERLY. *TT *TR*JB

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD F-53. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PASSENGER DOOR FAILED TO OPEN. THE CONTACT AND HER PETS WERE LOCKED INSIDE THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT, AN ENGINEER, WAS ABLE TO TAKE THE LOCK APART AS A TEMPORARY REMEDY TO ALLOW THE PASSENGERS TO EXIT THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER, DIAGNOSED, OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 18,000.

The contact owns a 2015 Bounder Class A RV built on a 2015 Ford F-53 Chassis. The contact stated while driving 60 MPH, the engine made an abnormal ticking sound. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The contact was able to continue driving. The RV was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that the camshaft needed to be replaced. The RV was not repaired. The contact related the failure to Ford Campaign Number: 17B30. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 29,000.

BOLT HOLDING UPPER PART OF REAR DRIVER SIDE SWAY BAR BRACKET MISSING. SAME BOLT ON PASSENGER SIDE LOOSE. BRACKET ON DRIVER SIDE BENT AND OUT OF POSITION. BUSHING WALKED UP BAR AND IN CONTACT WITH SPRING SEAT BOLT.
