The defect: Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Lincoln Navigator, Expedition, and 2022-2023 F-250 SD, F-350 SD, F-450 SD, F-550 SD, and F-600 SD vehicles. The windshield wiper arms may break, causing the wipers to fail.
The risk: Windshield wiper failure can reduce visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the wiper arms, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 5, 2026. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. The defect: Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2020-2022 F-Super Duty F250, F350, F450, F550, 2021-2022 F600, and 2022 F750 vehicles previously repaired incorrectly under recall number 24V957. Biodiesel deposits may form on the pump drivetrain roller components, which could lead to failure of the high pressure fuel pump.
The risk: High pressure fuel pump failure can cause a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will update the powertrain control module (PCM) software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed mailed April 7, 2026. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 26S17. The defect: Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2021 Expedition, 2021-2022 Super Duty F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550, F-600, and 2020-2022 Lincoln Corsair vehicles. The rearview camera may display a blank or distorted image.
The risk: Rearview camera failure can reduce the driver's view of what is behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will replace the rearview camera as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 18, 2025. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 25S05.

Fire reported

Operator was driving the vehicle and was approaching a stop. As the operator came to a stop, the engine stalled and there was white smoke noticed to be coming from under the hood. The operator tried to restart the engine but it would not start. At that time the white smoke became more noticeable, and the vehicle engine compartment became engulfed in flames. Attempts to extinguish the fire were unsuccessful and 911 was called for assistance. No injuries were sustained during the incident.

This article supersedes TSB 24-2142 to update the Parts List, Service Procedure (Steps 1-2), and increase the labor operation allowances to reprogram the PCM/TCM. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit all of the following conditions:  Poor shift quality  Illuminated powertrain malfunction (wrench) indicator with diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P2704 and P0771 stored in the PCM/TCM. This may be due to a calibration in the TCM and/or wear between the input shaft and the E clutch hub causing the input shaft O-rings to become damaged resulting in an open E clutch circuit. Additional model information:  6.7L Diesel Engine  2022-2024 F-550 or F-600 F-Super Duty vehicles built on or before 15-May-2024 with over 5,000 miles (8,000km)
