The defect: Forest River Bus, LLC (Forest River Bus) is recalling certain 2026 Glaval Titan II, Primetime, Entourage, Concorde II, Commute, Forest River Bus Eldorado, Champion Bus, Starcraft Starlite, Allstar XL, 2026-2027 Glaval Universal, Starcraft Allstar, Startrans Candidate II, and 2025-2027 Forest River Bus Senator II, equipped with certain QRT-3 wheelchair retractors. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.
The risk: An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.
The remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace retractors, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 25, 2026. Owners may contact Forest River Bus customer service at 1-620-888-3310. Forest River Bus's number for this recall is 05-2064.

The defect: Forest River Bus, LLC (Forest River Bus) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Starcraft Starlite, Allstar XL, Allstar, StarTrans Senator II, Mobility Trans Safetbus, Glaval Universal, Forest River Van, Elkhart Coach, Eldorado, Candidate II, 2025 StarTrans Senator II HD, Glaval Entourage, Champion Bus, and 2026 StarTrans P/S2 transit buses equipped with certain QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.
The risk: An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.
The remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 9, 2025. Owners may contact Forest River Bus customer service at 1-800-348-7440. Forest River Buses number for this recall is 51-2001.

According to Ford Recall 26V090: "Certain vehicles may have been built without the cotter pin that secures the brake booster pushrod to the brake pedal, which can cause the brake booster pushrod to separate from the brake pedal. The brake booster pushrod may disconnect from the brake pedal. This can result in a loss of braking function while driving, increasing the risk of a crash. Ford has issued a “do not drive vehicle” order. The vehicles in this program are not to be driven until the vehicle passes the inspection or the repair has been performed.

According to Ford Recall 25V726: "On your vehicle, it may be possible to experience a noisy, partially inoperable, or completely inoperable Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) blower motor. An inoperable or partially inoperable HVAC blower motor may affect windshield defrost and defogging capability, which can decrease visibility under certain driving conditions, increasing the risk of a crash."
