EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY:WHEELCHAIR LIFT/RAMP:CONTROLS/CONTROL WIRINGForest River bus, LLC (Forest River) is recalling certain 2024 Mobility Trans Safetbus, Glaval Universal, 2025 Senator II, and Starcraft Allstar transit buses equipped with certain S-Series and K-Series wheelchair platform lifts. The electrical contactor may fail, preventing the controls from stopping the lift.

EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY:WHEELCHAIR RESTRAINTS/SECUREMENT:CRITICAL FASTENERSForest River Bus, LLC (Forest River Bus) is recalling certain 2026 Glaval Titan II, Primetime, Entourage, Concorde II, Commute, Forest River Bus Eldorado, Champion Bus, Starcraft Starlite, Allstar XL, Forest River Van, 2026-2027 Glaval Universal, Starcraft Allstar, Startrans Candidate II, 2025-2026 Mobility Trans Safetbus, and 2025-2027 Forest River Bus Senator II, equipped with certain QRT-3 wheelchair retractors. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.

The body panel joint adhesive may have been applied to the incorrect location, causing the panels to separate. As such these vehicle fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 221, "School Bus Body Joint Strength."

As such these vehicles fail to comply with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, "Wheels and Rims - Other Than Passenger Cars."
