TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FOREST RIVER CEDAR CREEK 35QB CAMPER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WELDS FAILED ON THE FRONT FRAME NEAR THE KINGPIN AREA. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 6,000.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FOREST RIVER CEDAR CREEK TRAILER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE OUTSIDE SHELL STARTED TO EXPAND. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. AFTER DIAGNOSIS, THEY ADVISED HIM THAT THE SUB-FRAME STARTED TO BEND AND THE WELDS WERE NOT STRONG ENOUGH. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO PULL THE OUTER SHELL OFF AND THEN ADD MORE WELDS TO THE FRAME. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS LATER CONTACTED AND OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE TRAILER DID NOT CALCULATE MILEAGE. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
