RECALL NHTSA 15V798, MY STEPS SUSTAINED A COMPLETE FAILURE. THE MAIN SHOULDER BOLD BROKE SENDING THE STEPS IN A FREE FALL. THE COACH WAS PARKED IN MY DRIVEWAY AT THE TIME. SENT PICTURES AND BUILD SHEET TO LIPPERT, THEY INSIST I TAKE IT TO A SERVICE CENTER. NO-ONE CAN TAKE THE COACH FOR SEVERAL WEEKS. LIPPERT STATED THEY WILL THEN ORDER THE PARTS TO FIX THE STEPS. THEY OFFERED A $200 CREDIT TO NEW STEPS BUT I HAVE TO TAKE IT TO A DEALER FOR THE NEW STEPS.

Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
