According to the Technical Service Bulletin released by Carefree of Colorado; "It has been recently reported in a few instances that the awning extends during travel. This can be caused by the wiring being reversed causing the auto-retract system to extend the awning from a closed position."
EQUIPMENT; SUSPENSION
The added SuperSpring on the rear axle (curb and road side) may interfere with Ford Transit 350 vehicle chassis rear factory spring hangers. This interference may result in a mechanical noise when fully loaded as the vehiclesâ suspension jounces and the SuperSpring contacts the chassis.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Certain vehicles have Nova Kool refrigerators installed in which the 12VDC/120VAC circuit board fail, causing the refrigerators to turn off. In addition, the ventilation requirements of the refrigerator may need to be enlarged.
Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.
Compare model years
Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
