COOLANT LEAKED FROM THE TURBO CHARGER ONTO THE EXHAUST PIPE, THE LIQUID DRIPPED THROUGH THE PIPE WHICH CAUSED FUMES TO ESCAPE INTO THE CAB OF THE VEHICLE. *JB
