The contact owns a 2023 Freightliner Sprinter 1500. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the front driver’s and passenger’s side mirrors vibrated abnormally, causing difficulty with seeing objects in the mirrors. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, where it was determined that the front driver’s and passenger’s side mirrors needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer; however, the dealer was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 1,500.
