SEAT BELTS ON THE BUSES HAVE BEEN INSTALLED INCORRECTLY. BUS HAS 2 BUCKLES INSTALLED NEAR THE WINDOW; 3 OF THE LATCH PLATES HAVE BEEN INSTALLED IN THE MIDDLE; AND OTHER BUCKLE HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN THE AISLE. CANNOT PLACE ANYONE IN ANY OF THE SEATS DUE TO LACK OF PROTECTION WITH SEAT BELT BUCKLES & LATCHPLATES.*AK
