Our database holds 2 NHTSA owner-reported complaints for the 2007 GMC C Series. Each one is a report filed by an owner or driver and published by NHTSA without most of them being verified. A complaint is not a confirmed defect, not a recall and not a manufacturer bulletin. Narratives are shown exactly as filed.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

YEAH BIG INDICATOR LIGHT STAY ON
LOW AND HIGH BEAM LIGHTS ON RIGHT SIDE DOES NOT WORK. DEALER REPLACED CONNECTORS 12/29/2011 VIA PREVENTIVE RECALL PROCEDURE #N110055. DEALER STATES ENTIRE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY MUST BE REPLACED BECAUSE OF BURNT WIRES. THIS SHOULD BE A SAFETY RECALL BECAUSE FUSES DID NOT BLOW AND BURNT WIRE COULD CAUSE UNDETECTED FIRE UNDER HOOD. IF THIS,HAPPEN AT NIGHT ,FAILURE OF LIGHT WOULD CAUSE VISIBILITY PROBLEM..
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
