WINDSHIELD WIPERS WORK INTERMITTENTLY - SOMETIMES DON'T STOP WHEN TURNED OFF - SOMETIMES STOP WHEN THEY SHOULDN'T, AND THAT MAKES IT HARD TO SEE IN THE RAIN. HAPPENS ALL THE TIME - EVEN WHEN TURNED OFF THEY START BY THEMSELVES. THERE WAS A RECALL FOR OTHER YEAR VEHICLES WITH THE SAME PROBLEM, BUT NOT THE 1988. *TR

Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
