TAKATA RECALL NOT FIXED
DASHBOARD HAS CRACKED ABOVE THE DRIVERS INSTRUMENT DISPLAY, AROUND SPEAKER AND NOW HAS CRACKED AROUND THE PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG WITH THE DASHBOARD BEING LOOSE. IF THE AIR BAG IS EVER TO DEPLOY IT WILL MORE THAN LIKELY HURT MY PASSENGER WHICH COULD BE MY WIFE, MY CHILDREN OR GRANDCHILDREN. THIS IS RIDICULOUS, THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS OF GMC VEHICLES HAS THIS SAME ISSUE !!!!!
TAKATA RECALL. I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM JEFFREY M. BOYER, VP, GMC GLOBAL VEHICLE SAFETY, DATED JULY 2016 REGARDNG RECALL 49151. TO DATE, MY LOCAL GMC DEALER ADVISES THAT THEY HAVE NO PARTS FROM GMC TO REMEDY MY VEHICLE.
TAKATA RECALL - THIS HAS BEEN IN EFFECT FOR OVER A YEAR AND STILL NO ANSWER HAS BEEN RELEASED. NEED TO KNOW WHAT GMC IS GOING TO DO TO CORRECT PROBLEM. WE JUST PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE ON 5/26/17 AND FOUND OUT ABOUT THE RECALL
