PE00020, ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT 1999 CHEVROLET EXPRESS VAN, TIRE SIZE P23570R16 DOT # . DRIVER REAR TIRE HAD A BUBBLE IN IT. CONSUMER TOOK THE TIRES TO A TIRE SHOP, AND THEY SAID THAT TREAD WAS ABOUT TO SEPARATE WHICH MAY HAVE CAUSED A CRASH. PLEASE PROVIDE FURTHER INFORMATION.*AK *SLC
