BOTH REAR SHOULDER/LAP BELTS ARE INOPERATIVE, WHEN MALE PORTION WON'T STAY LOCKED IN FEMALE PORTION. *AK
CONSUMER WAS IN AN ACCIDENT AND THE DRIVER SIDE AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY AND THE TOP OF THE VEHICLE CAME OFF THE VEHICLE AFTER THE ACCIDENT. TT
