What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2015 GMC Savana 2500, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

From owner reports, verbatim
FROM BRAND NEW, I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE HEADLAMPS OF THIS $65000 TRUCK. I HAD THE DEALERSHIP CHECK THEM AND THEY SAID THEY WERE FUNCTIONING AS EXPECTED. YOU CANNOT SEE AT NIGHT. THE LIGHT THAT THEY EMIT IS VERY DIM AND DOES NOT LIGHT UP THE ROAD IN FRONT OF YOU. EVEN ON BRIGHT I CAN'T SEE WELL. I FEEL LIKE THIS IS A REAL SAFETY ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. I LIVE IN A RURAL AREA AND HAVE HAD SEVERAL NEAR MISSES WITH ANIMALS SINCE I CAN'T SEE THEM UNTIL THE LAST SECOND.
Too few reports in this category for a page of its own — they appear in the full complaint list.
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
