TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1991 GMC EXTENDED SPORT VAN WITH GOODYEAR TRACKER 2 TIRES, LINE SIZE P245/75/R16, DOT NUMBER UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 40 MPH WHEN THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE TIRE BLEW. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL VIBRATION WHEN DRIVING OVER A PERIOD OF TIME BEFORE THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT HAD THE TIRE EXAMINED AND WAS TOLD THAT THE TIRE WAS FRACTURING FROM THE INTERIOR. THE FAILURE MILEAGE OF THE VEHICLE WAS UNKNOWN. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15,000.
