VEHICLE PARKED; GOT IN VEHICLE & WENT TO FASTEN SEAT BELT; WOULD LOCK BUT WILL NOT RELEASE FROM LOCKING MECHANISM. WORKS EVERY NOW & THEN. TOOK TO DEALER & INFORMED SHOULDER BELT WAS WORKING OKAY. *AK
