COMPLAINT REGARDING THE SEAT BELTS IN THE 2004 BT CRUISER.*MR THE RV WAS EQUIPPED WITH 7 SET OF SEAT BELTS, 2 FULL SETS AND 5 LAP BELT. TWO OF THE LAP BELTS WERE NOT LONG ENOUGH TO BE USED PROPERLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHO EXPLAINED THAT LONGER SEAT BELTS COULD BE INSTALLED BUT IT WOULD BE AT THE CONSUMER'S EXPENSE. THE CONSUMER PAID FOR THE SEAT BELT AND INSTALLED THEM HIMSELF. THE MANUFACTURER REFUSED TO REIMBURSE THE CONSUMER. *NM
