The defect: THE FRONT FENDER RETENTION BOLTS DO NOT MEET THE PROPER HARDNESS SPECIFICATIONS AND MAY FAIL.
The risk: SHOULD THESE BOLTS FAIL, THE FRONT FENDER COULD COME INCONTACT WITH THE FRONT TIRE CAUSING DIFFICULTY IN CONTROLLING THE VEHICLE, WHICHCOULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
The remedy: DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE FRONT FENDER RETENTION BOLTS.
