2020 HEARTLAND RECREATIONAL TRAILER. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO NHTSA SAFETY RECALL 21V-428. THE CONSUMER STATED THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME COMPLETING THE RECALL REPAIR.
