What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2018 Highland Ridge Fw Highlander, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

not notified by westlake tires of nhtsa recall on tires installed on my RV contact with westlake has been ignored by them. All 4 tires ST235/85R16 132 127 g were recalled. should tires come apart while in transit could cause extensive property damage and/or injury/death. Tires were inspected by service manager at dealership Horizon RV Valdosta GA and informed me of tires being unsafe due to sidewalls cracking and should be replaced.Learned of recall while in FL by other Campers. Upon research recall was found. tires have not yet failed however safety concern on moving rv to dealer is on my mind. West lake isn't interested in rectifing issue.
