The contact owns a 2019 Highland Ridge Highland RV. The contact stated that while driving 60 MPH and hauling the travel trailer, the axle weld and frame fractured. The contact was unable to pull the trailer. The contact stated that the road was bumpy while driving. The vehicle was towed. There was a fire within the axle three years prior. Lippert Industries, the manufacturer, was contacted by phone. The insurance company inspected the trailer and determined there was a manufacturer defect. An appointment was scheduled but it was uncertain that the RV was repairable.

1. Stress crack running outwards from door side slide out. "Frame Flex" 2. Integrity of couch was compromised for towing. 3. Confirmed by dealer and repaired 2021. 4. Inspected and repaired by manufacturer. 5. N/A
