ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS WHILE DRIVING AT 65 MPH ON THE TWO REAR TIRES THE TREAD SEPARATED FROM THE WHEELS . FIRESTONE, STEELTEX, SIZE LT245/74R16. *AK
TIRE ROTATED AND BALANCE AT 12000 MILES. THE REAR TIRE FAILED WITHIN 1000 MILES AFTER ROTATION. ROTATED AND BALANCE THE TIRES AGAIN AT 25000 MILES, REAR TIRE FAILED. SEAT BELT FAILED ALSO.

REAR WHEELS ARE SPACED 4 INCHES SHORTER THAN THE FRONT WHEELS WHICH INCREASES THE POSSIBILITY OF A ROLLOVER. ON THREE OCCASIONS THE VEHICLES WHEELS LOST CONTACT WITH THE ROAD WHEN A GUST OF WIND PRODUCED SEVERE YAW WHICH REQUIRED EXTENSIVE CORRECTIVE STEERING. *PH *CB *NLM
