INFORMATION IN OWNERS MANUAL IS INCORRECT. INSTRUCTION STATE THE FOLLOWING: TO PULL IN THE CLUTCH AND RELEASE THE THROTTLE. CONSUMER STATES THAT THE INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD READ RELEASE THROTTLE AND THEN PULL CLUTCH.*AK
