2009 Innovative Sds-42 Owner Complaints

Reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers, shown in full

Data refreshed

Complaints on fileComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 RANCE RRES8166TA . HE STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH HE FELT EXCESSIVE VIBRATION . HE PULLED OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND NOTICED THAT THE FRONT AXLE WAS FRACTURED WHICH CAUSED THE PASSENGER TIRE TO FAIL. HE MADE A TEMPORARY REPAIR TO THE VEHICLE SO THAT HE COULD MAKE IT TO A SECURE AREA. HE IS IN THE PROCESS OF HAVING THE VEHICLE INSPECTED TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. HOWEVER HE SPECULATES THE FAILURE IS CAUSED BY ERRONEOUS SPATIAL CORRELATIONS/DESIGNS OF THE AXLES. HE CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER IN WHICH HE FILED A COMPLAINT. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE NOT APPLICABLE. BL
