TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 INTERNATIONAL 3000. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE AT A STOP LIGHT, ANOTHER VEHICLE REAR ENDED HER VEHICLE. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED INJURIES TO HER SHOULDER, NECK, AND BACK. THE CONTACT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL BY AMBULANCE. THE POLICE REPORTED TO THE SCENE AND A REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT STATED THE SEAT BELT DID NOT RESTRAIN HER PROPERLY AND THE LENGTH OF THE SEAT BACK DID NOT PROVIDE ENOUGH SUPPORT TO HER BACK CAUSING HER TO BE EXPOSED TO THE INJURIES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN. *TR
