THIS PE WAS OPENED AFTER IDENTICAL MOTORCYCLES IMPORTED BY HYOSUNG MOTORS AMERICA, INC. WERE RECALLED FOR THE SAME ISSUE (07V-071).SUBSEQUENTLY, THE SECOND IMPORTER (UNITED MOTORS OF AMERICA, INC. (UM)) DECIDED TO RECALL THE MOTORCYCLES AS WELL.THIS DECISION WAS MADE BEFORE, AND IN LIEU OF, UM'SIR RESPONSE.WITH THAT RECALL DECISION, THIS PE IS CLOSED.
