MOTORCYCLE STALLING

THE SUBJECT MOTORCYCLES MAY STALL DUE TO RESTRICTED AIRFLOW WITHIN THE AIR INTAKE SYSTEM DURING LOW RPM ENGINE OPERATION, TYPICALLY WHILE SHIFTING AND/OR DECELERATING.BMW IS RECALLING THE SUBJECT MOTORCYCLES (09V-471) TO UPDATE THE ENGINE MANAGMENT SOFTWARE.ADDITIONALLY, BMW WILL INCLUDE MODEL YEAR 2010 K300S/GT MODELS.WITH THAT RECALL, SUBMITTED IN LIEU OF RESPONDING TO OUR INFORMATION REQUEST, THIS PE IS CLOSED.
