TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 FORD F-350 WHICH WAS USED TO HAUL A 2015 JAYCO PINNACLE. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 20V091000 (SUSPENSION) HOWEVER, THE PART NEEDED FOR THE REPAIR WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. BISH'S RV OF CHEYENNE (6102 US HIGHWAY 30, CHEYENNE, WY 82001, (307) 634-8457) WHERE IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT THE REMEDY PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 JAYCO PINNACLE RV EQUIPPED WITH LIONSHEAD CASTLE ROCK ST TIRES, SIZE: 235/85R16 MLR66 (NA). WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, A BYSTANDER NOTICED SWELLING (BUBBLES) AROUND ALL FOUR TIRES OF THE RV. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED AND STATED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO KETELSEN RV (1500 KETELSEN DR, HIAWATHA, IA 52233, (319) 377-8244) WHERE IT WAS INSPECTED AND CONFIRMED THAT THE TIRES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. ALL FOUR TIRES WERE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 72,000 AND THE TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 300. THE VIN AND DOT NUMBER WERE UNKNOWN.
