SLIDE-OUT IN THE LIVING CONTINUES TO MALFUNCTION. THE WEIGHT ON THE SLIDE-OUT IS TO GREAT FOR THE MOTORS AND DESIGN. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURE HAVE ADMITTED THIS BUT NEITHER PROVIDE REPAIR NOW THAT WARRANTY IS OVER. MY UNIT WAS IN REPAIR LONGER THEN I HAD IT DURING MY WARRANTY PERIOD.

THE BOLT IN THE FRONT AXLE HANGER BRACKET DISLODGED SOMEWHERE BETWEEN CHATTANOOGA TN AND MERIDIAN MS. I REALIZED THIS AS I WAS RE-TORQUING LUG NUTS AND NOTICED THAT THE BOLT WAS MISSING AND I HAD EXCESSIVE TREAD WEAR ON THE FRONT AXLE TIRES. FURTHER INSPECTION SHOWED DEFORMATION OF THE BOLT HOLE IN THE HANGER BRACKET. I CHECKED ALL OTHER NUTS AND BOLTS AND ALL WERE TIGHT. DURING THE REPAIR PROCESS THE NUT WAS REMOVED FROM THE OPPOSITE SIDE AND FOUND THAT THE HOLE IN THAT HANGER BRACKET IS ALSO DEFORMING BUT, CURRENTLY TO A LESSER DEGREE THAN THE ONE THAT FAILED.

They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.
Compare model years
Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
