What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2017 Jayco Greyhawk, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

GOT RECALL FINAL REMEDY NOTICE FROM JAYCO ON SER#8H1ME0161. HOWEVER, CAMPING WORLD HAS SAID THE PARTS TO FIX THIS HAZARD ARE ON "BACK ORDER" FOR AT LEAST 12 OR MORE WEEKS SO THEY CAN'T SCHEDULE REPAIR APPOINTMENTS. WE WILL NEED TO OPERATE THIS VEHICLE SOON AND THIS DELAY CAUSES RISK THAT WE CANNOT AVOID! THUS JAYCO'S "FINAL REMEDY" IS FALSE REMEDY, THEY HAVE NOT ACTUALLY FIXED THIS POSSIBLE HAZARD.
