DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE TRAVELING 35 MPH, THE FRESH WATER TANK ON THE FIFTH WHEEL TRAILER FELL OFF AND HIT THE GROUND. THE TANK HAD 15 GALLONS OF WATER IN IT AT THE TIME. THE VEHICLE WAS PULLED OVER AND THE HOSES WERE REMOVED AND THE TANK WAS PLACED IN THE BED OF THE TRUCK. THE DEALERSHIP DETERMINED THE SCREWS FOR THE MAIN SUPPORT BRACKET CAME LOOSE. THE POWER WAS INOPERATIVE IN THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE AT TIMES, THE WATER TANK STRAPS WERE LOOSE AND THE BATTERY WAS INOPERATIVE. *SC *JB
