The contact owns a 2021 Jayco Seneca Prestige. The contact stated that while driving at highway speeds, the front entry door was flapping, shaking, and vibrating abnormally. The contact was concerned that the door was unsecured and might inadvertently open while driving. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The manufacturer and local dealer were notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 15,000.
