There was a previous recall for camera system that was fixed using a OTA over the air update per JEEP. This update introduced new problems It disabled the forward collision detection and disabled paddle shifting and other safety features which should also be issued as a RECALL because the dealer is not reputable to this on their own. The fix that they did requires customer to come in and have more work done at their expense and they pretend they didn't cause it but clearly this is a major problem across their whole line of Cars.

Issue regarding Service 4wd light coming on. This is a known issue and is there is a Technical Service Bulletin but no recall. This is a safety hazard and needs to be addressed as a recall. This is a manufacturer issue. It causes the 4wd system to not work properly and driving in rain snow is a safety hazard.

What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? -Forward collision system light on dash is illuminated, automatic locks do not engage after vehicle is in motion, paddle shifters do not work. All displays switched to Italian & from standard measurements to metric How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? -Forward collision sensors appear to not work as well as doors do not automatically lock as they should. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? -Yes, my dealership is aware of this issue and referenced service bulletin S2108000249, this did "fix" these issues temporarily, however a week later this issues happened again. Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? - No Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? -No

To whom it concern,I bought this jeep grand cherokee overland in December of 2025,for mandal Buick-gmc 11290 mandal pkwy D'lberville,ms 39540,so I drove the jeep to my son house on the way there it just stop pulling going down the highway, we made it back to our daughter house Sunday night,monday morning we got ready to come home to stakville jeep wouldn't move suspension on the back just popping,rpm up to 6000 twisting button from neutral to drive finally got truck to move and we made it home took truck to Parker McGill thes did diagnostic test found nothing,I pick my truck up,Friday pick grandbaby fron school,in traffic truck stop pulling again wouldn't move,twisted button from neutral to drive,finally got truck to move took it back to Parker McGill february 2,2026 this is very unsafety,I'm afraid me and my family is going to get hurt or killed in an accident,this truck is shutting down in traffic on the highway,at 22 miles per hour the rpm went up to 6000,truck wouldn't move,this is a safety hazzard,and I'm really scared with this truck itjust stop while we driveing down the highway God be the glory for keeping us safe thanks for letting me do this report God Bless [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

When driveing the jeep it just stop pulling,just driveing in traffic I'm so scared we gonna get Hurt or killed,drove jeep to my daughter house,spent the night next morning getting ready to leave truck wouldn't move,suspension just popped so loud,we kept twisting the button to neutral to drive,before the jeep will move again got on the highway going down highway jeep stop pulling again I just bought this truck in December of 2025,taken it to Parker McGill in starkville twice,they can't find nothing wrong when traveling.and the truck go over 6000rpm will not move,this dangerous on the highway,for my family,im really scared,this is a safety issue,

We noticed the "battery" indicator light was lit, so we changed the battery. That addressed the light, but soon it lit up again, followed by an overheated engine warning so we stopped and called for a tow to Puente Hills Jeep. We were informed it was a pulley so it was replaced along with the serpentine belt. Soon after receiving the vehicle, it started smoking, and it appeared it was catching fire so we had it towed to the dealer for the second time in one week. We've been informed it's the air conditioner compressor and it will be replaced. The concern is that we're dealing with this so soon after the basic warranty period has expired.

Egr is making the check engine light go on. There wasn’t a recall for my vin listed. I don’t know if they fixed it and it happened again or if the never fixed it and said they did or if my car wasn’t identified in the recall.
