TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 KENTWORTH T600 WITH GOODYEAR SUPER SINGLE TIRES, LINE SIZE 445/50R/22.5 AND THE DOT NUMBER GSWR39965. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH THE REAR DRIVER SIDE TIRE BLEW OUT. THE CONTACT REPLACED THE TIRE WITH THE SPARE AND SHORTLY AFTER THE FAILURE RECURRED. ALSO, THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE TIRE BLEW OUT THREE DIFFERENT TIMES AND THE FRONT AND REAR DRIVERS SIDE TIRES BLEW OUT AS WELL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
