The contact owns a 2023 Keystone Cougar. The contact stated that the emergency exit window casing was too long and the inside window glass did not fit evenly. The contact stated that the window casing was unusually wider than the frame unit. The contact received recall NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V169000 (Structure). The recall repair was completed. However, excessive caulking and screws were applied, and the recall repair was not completed proficiently. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 10.
