2025 Keystone Kodiak Owner Complaints

Reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers, shown in full

Data refreshed

Complaints on fileComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

The contact owns a 2025 Keystone Kodak Travel Trailer. The contact stated that while the RV was parked in a covered storage unit and her husband was working underneath the RV, there was an explosion. The contact's husband became aware that the front glass door of the RV had shattered without impact. The shower door also experienced a failure. The contact's husband taped and secured the door. The RV was taken to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed, and it was determined that the screw was loose on the shower door. The front door hinges and installation were the cause of the failure. The dealer informed that two other similar repairs had been completed on other RVs. The RV was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and was covering the repairs under good faith. The failure mileage was unknown. The VIN was invalid.
