2015 Keystone Montana High Country Owner Complaints

Reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers, shown in full

Data refreshed

Complaints on fileComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

ON 05/24/2016 7 WEEKS INTO A VACATION WE FOUND THE CRE3000 SUSPENSION ALIGHMENT SYSTEM ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE COACH TO BE MISSING ALL THE FASTENERS AND BOLTS THAT CONNECT IT TO THE AXLES. LOCAL RV REPAIRMAN REPLACED 2 LINKS, 2 BOLTS AND 2 FASTENERS. HE CHECKED LEFTHAND EQUIPMENT FOR PROPER TORQUE. THIS CONDITION WAS FOUND AFTER WE SET UP AT A CAMPGROUND IN CODY, WYOMING AND WE HAD JUST COME OUT OF THE BIG HORN MOUNTAINS AND THE GLACIER NATIONAL PARK MOUNTAINS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT IN MOTION AT THE TIME OF DISCOVER. UNCERTAIN HOW LONG WE TRAVELED WITH THE COACH ALIGNMENT SYSTEM IN THIS CONDITION.
