2019 Keystone Sprinter Camp Fire Travel Trailer- Consumer is requesting resolution to safety recall 21V-427 and reimbursement of replacement equipment. Recall letter and notice, Consumers letters to Keystone, Parts Invoice, & Instructions on use of part attached.

The contact owns a 2019 Keystone Sprinter. The contact stated that the RV caught fire from the living room and kitchen area. However, the contact was unaware of what caused the RV to catch fire. The fire department was also unable to locate what caused the RV fire. The RV was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted. The contact believes that the RV fire was due to NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V427000 (Equipment). The failure mileage was not available.
