The defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Fuzion, Raptor, Redwood, and 2024-2026 Voltage travel trailers. The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.
The risk: A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.
The remedy: Dealers will install additional support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 4, 2026. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 26-478. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning March 13, 2026.

The defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Voltage recreational trailers. The generator fuel lines may have been incorrectly installed, feeding fuel into the incorrect side of the carburetor.
The risk: Incorrectly installed fuel lines increases the risk of a fire.
The remedy: Dealers will inspect and and reroute the fuel line as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 24, 2025. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-475.

The defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Voltage 4135, 4225, Fuzion, 2025 Springdale 266DECK, Retreat 391FSRL, 39FSRL, Residence 401FLFT, 401FSRL, 40FLFT, 40FSRL, Hideout 26PATIO, and 2024 Raptor travel trailers, equipped with a removable step assembly. The clip-on bracket mounting bolts may come loose, allowing the steps to detach.
The risk: Steps that detach while in use increase the risk of injury.
The remedy: Dealers will install a new bracket and hardware, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 7, 2025. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-468.

The contact owns a 2024 Keystone Voltage Trailer. The contact stated that while driving at a slow speed, with the 2024 Dutch Voltage Trailer hitched, the front driver's side aluminum wheel catastrophically fractured. The contact stated that the entire center face of the wheel completely sheered away from the rim spokes, sending metal straps flying. Additionally, the wheel and wheel assembly detached from the axle hub. The contact stated that there was no curb impact or road hazard to cause the failure. The contact stated that the failure had occurred while making a U-Turn on a paved road. The component was a high spec series, 06HD, and the wheel part number was 06-1665B, supplied by Dexter Axle. The trailer was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure, and a case was filed.
