I have a concern about the Motoz Tractionator Dual Venture 90/90-21 (54Q) front tire I recently put on my 2022 KTM 890 Adventure motorcycle. I purchased a set of Motoz tires this summer (2022) and ran them all summer without issue. I've probably put 600 miles on them. It is now winter in Utah, and I decided to take my bike for a spin the other day when it was about 40 degrees (F) outside. I didn't check my tire pressure, but by visual inspection they looked just fine. Tires usually drop a few PSI when it gets cold. I drove up the street and noticed nothing abnormal until I rounded the first corner. Then I noticed that my front end felt odd. I looked down and saw that I had a flat tire. It had come completely off the bead. These are tubeless tires. I got the bike up on a jack and pumped the tire up to 36 PSI, and then it ran fine. It has maintained its pressure since, so I know that it does not have a leak. I started reading on some FaceBook groups the other day that others have reported issues with their Tractionator Dual Venture front tires breaking bead and losing air on their rims. It apparently isn't an uncommon occurrence and has me a bit worried. I'm sure my tire wasn't extremely low on pressure because as I mentioned it has maintained its pressure since I put air back in it. My concern is that these tires don't maintain a good bead when they drop a little in tire pressure. That could be a major safety issue. The component has not been inspected by the manufacturer, police or others. It did not cause an accident, but I'm afraid it could if these tires truly have an issue with keeping a bead when they drop a little tire pressure.
